I'm so impressed with the TNT powder and my increase in energy! I'm a busy mom of three and work full time outside of our home - I refuse to give up on my fit lifestyle of running and weight lifting, but my energy is frequently low and therefore reduces my motivation for working out (even tho i need it for my overall well-being!) I've noticed an increase in energy while taking this powder, and I actually combine it with a BCAA powder which seem to pair well and give me the added boost that I need to maintain my active lifestyle. Highly recommend! I take half a scoop, twice a day (once around 11am, then workout at lunch, then another half scoop around 2 to give me a boost to tackle the afternoons.)
