You guys I’m absolutely obsessed. I bought the biggest size possible it’s just so freaking good no idea and I noticed my hair and nail strength improve ASAP. For some reason, I feel like it even taste better than other collagens!!
Minimal taste when added to coffee, mixes well into a protein shake. Have to keep the skin tight and hopefully this keeps doing the trick!
I have only been taking it for a week and I have felt my skin with a better image, I feel that my hair is stopping falling and my nails are much harder. Excellent option. I take 2 scoops daily.
