This is the good stuff that is a very fine powder and mixes well in anything without the grittiness of lower quality creatine.
This is not the creatine supplement I remember from years ago from other companies. That creatine could not be added to anything as it tasted horrible and would ruin any shake. This, however, mixes cleanly with my post workout protein and does not alter the flavour. Still in a loading phase, but pleased so far. Unfortunately, the bag did not come with its' own scoop, went searching through the bag using a knife as a feeler.
